The Leadership Team leads and inspires volunteers to give young people great experiences and skills for life. They make sure the other teams are organised, have enough volunteers, and can deliver a great programme.
Team Tasks:

Ensure other teams work well on their own and together.

Make sure that team volunteers fulfil their safety and safeguarding responsibilities and are aware of our volunteer culture.

Help with recruitment to make sure there are always Lead Volunteers, Trustee Chairs and Team Leaders.

Support the Youth Lead to work with our teams so they can be shaped by young people.

Make sure safeguarding, safety and data incidents and complaints are managed well.

Our Leadership Team consists of the Lead Volunteer, Youth Leads, and Team Leaders from our other teams.
