Welcome to Falkirk District Scouts

Skills For Life

As a Scout you get incredible opportunities and have truly unforgettable experiences. You have fun, make friends and develop skills that prepare you for life. Getting involved with Scouts is a decision you’ll never forget, and one you’ll never regret.

Why Volunteer with Scouts?

Our volunteers get just as much out of Scouting as our young people do. As well as helping young people to enjoy the adventure of Scouting, you’ll also have fun, make friends, develop current and new skills, enhance your CV and have unforgettable experiences.

Updated Youthwork Guidance

From 10th November 2021 scouting in Scotland moved to the Green Readiness level with immediate effect. This lifts many of the restrictions and limits that have been placed on scouting during the pandemic. In short summary;

  • No limits on numbers (indoor / outdoor)
  • No Physical distancing
  • No camping / residential restrictions
  • Face coverings must still be worn for ages 12+ indoors
