During the spell of better weather earlier this year, the 89th (Stenhousemuir) scout troop gathered at the Barrwood. Armed with their tools and lots of enthusiasm, they helped to clear the bracken from the verges of the path along the Great Divide to the new Adnenture Course. With permission from the Barrwood Trust and guidance from their own Scout Active Support, they really enjoyed giving something back to their favourite campsite by keeping the path clear and safe for others. The scouts had just enough energy left once they were finished to have a go on the adventure course.
